Caitlin's musical style ranged from classic rock to alternative, and her influences range from Evanescense and Gwen Stefani to Andrew Lloyd Weber. However, she feels that she is most strongly influecned by Matt Thiessen, the vocalist from the rock band Relient K.

Caitlin has just finsihed recording her second project at Mr.Smalls Recording Studio in Pittsburgh. Her first song, "Not Alone," was completed in 2007. This year, she has worked with Shelby C. on in a project entitled Soft Burgandy on and their debut techno song, "Winning Side," is featured below. Shelby C. Bio

Shelby C. started playing the violin on September 6, 2000 - the birth of her musical journey. She played violin and viola in the North Allegheny High School orchestra as well as the Golden Strolling Strings group. She accompanied the orchestra on their scholastic orchestra competition in Atlanta in April 2007, where they earned a ranking of "superior." Shelby played in the orchestra pit for 2 of North Allegheny's spring musicals - Oklahoma! (2007) and Bye Bye Birdie (2008).

In addition to violin and viola, Shelby plays bass, guitar and drums in her spare time. She also enjoys coposing string orchestra music and electronica music.

Shelby has recorded three songs in the Creative.Life.Support Real.Life.Music seminar - "Crazy Ride" (2005), "Keeper of her Dreams" (2007), and "Winning Side" (2008). She and fellow Real.Life veteran Caitlin Childs used their project Soft Burgundy to experiment with electronic music and effects. This effort produced "Winning SIde," an anti-war-techno-anthem.

I think this song is best described as techno-activist-pop...
